Join me for a gentle New Year’s Eve yoga practice to close the year with presence and step into 2025 with clarity. Instead of resolutions, we’ll move, breathe, and reflect our way toward a Word of the Year—an intention that arises from the body and heart, not pressure or striving. Through mindful movement, breath, and quiet reflection, you’ll release what’s complete and listen inward for what wants to guide the year ahead. We’ll close with a simple ritual to anchor your word and carry it forward. Come as you are. No experience needed.

On Christmas Eve, we gather in stillness, devotion, and rest.
This gentle Yin practice is a space to slow the body, quiet the mind, and soften the heart. We’ll move through long-held, floor-based postures supported by breath, silence, and simple mantra chanting—using sound as a form of prayer and offering.
Yin invites deep release; bhakti invites surrender. Together, they create a practice of listening rather than doing, devotion rather than effort.
You don’t need to feel festive. You don’t need to know the mantras.
Come as you are, and let the practice hold you.
A quiet, grounding ritual to close Christmas Eve with reverence and care.
This class will be filmed in HD (high definition) with our videographer Gede. You'll get lifetime access to replay the video afterwards.
