Join Alexandra live from Bali for The Goddess Awakening - a 4-week Bhakti Vinyasa journey that weaves together mythology, movement, mantra, and mudra. Each class will be filmed in HD from the Mindful Bali shala with professional audio and video — allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of Bali, wherever you are in the world.

Vinyasa Flow: A soulful, heart-opening practice themed around a goddess archetype each week.
Storytelling: Ancient Hindu myths retold through a modern lens - discover the wisdom of Ganesha, Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Durga as living energies within you.
Bhakti Chanting: In each session there will be live harmonium-led kirtan to awaken your voice and devotion.
Teacher Resources: You will receive lesson plans with themes, chants, and mudras - inspiration for your own classes.
