Bali Bhakti Flow is a devotional yoga practice weaving together movement, mantra, meditation, and the stories of yoga philosophy.
Rooted in the traditions of Bhakti yoga and inspired by life in Bali, these classes invite students beyond yoga as exercise and into yoga as practice, prayer, and presence.
Each class includes: - Vinyasa-inspired movement
- Sanskrit mantra & chanting
- Yogic philosophy and storytelling
- Meditation and self-reflection
- Heart-centered practice
Some classes explore teachings from Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, while others weave in themes from the Bhagavad Gita, mythology, mantra, or everyday experiences of being human.
Bali Bhakti Flow is less about achieving a pose and more about cultivating relationship:
- relationship with the breath
- relationship with the heart
- relationship with community
- relationship with the sacred
Expect soulful sequencing, meaningful themes, music, chanting, and a welcoming atmosphere where yoga becomes more than movement alone.
No previous experience with Bhakti yoga or chanting is required.
Whether you come to move, sing, reflect, or simply rest in community — you are welcome here.
